Across the Brammer group, we are committed to helping our people develop the skills and competencies they require to enable them to perform to the highest possible standards in their role. This commitment is reflected in our training and development initiatives.
Brammer University – E-Learning
Across the Group we have invested heavily in e-learning. This is a flexible, comprehensive and practical suite of online learning programmes. It also gives our people:
- Detailed and comprehensive product knowledge
- An in-depth understanding of how Brammer operates
E-Learning is supported by a wide range of internal training courses and regular staff reviews. Many of our world-class manufacturing partners also give us direct access to their own training programmes and facilities.
E-Learning also helps us support the career development of our people. In doing so, this helps ensure our continued growth and success.
Professional training is also another alternative training available to our employees should they have the requirement to obtain a formal professional qualification.
Where appropriate, employees are sponsored to study for:
- Formal professional qualifications – e.g. accountancy, purchasing and marketing
- National standard vocational qualifications
Informal training plays an essential part in our overall learning and development plan in the form of on the job training. We have many technical experts across our organisation who are always keen to share their experiences and to coach new employees within the business.
Overall Brammer recognises the importance of investing in training and development initiatives by offering employees a well-rounded training and development platform to develop their skills and competencies.
